AI Hackathon. Build an AI Tool in 6 Hours

Finding a job is hard enough when everything's straightforward. Now imagine doing it in a language that's not your first, in a system you've never navigated before, in a country where you're still figuring out the rules.

That's the reality for thousands of people in our communities and that's exactly the problem we're asking you to help solve.

This one-day in-person hackathon challenges teams to build AI-powered tools that help people find work, access opportunities, and navigate everyday life. Think job search assistants, CV builders, benefits guides, language support tools — anything that makes a real difference to real people.

How it works: Turn up, form a team of 3–5 people, pick your challenge, and spend the day building. At the end of the afternoon, each team pitches their solution live to a panel of judges. No death by PowerPoint, just show us what you built and why it matters.
